Alexandra Koch obtained a M.Sc. in Medical Image Computing from University College London, as well as a M.Eng. in Media and Imaging Technology from Cologne University of Applied Sciences. In 2013, she started working as a PhD student with externProf. Dr. Tony Stöcker at the externGerman Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases, jointly advised by Prof. Dr. Thomas Schultz. In August 2019, she successfully defended her thesis "Fast diffusion MRI based on sparse acquisition and reconstruction for long-term population imaging".
