Christoph Peters is a graphics researcher who received his M.Sc. in computer science from University of Bonn in 2013 and his B.Sc. in mathematics from University of Cologne in 2011. His main interest is real-time rendering where his recent work revolves around the introduction of the theory of moments to computer graphics. This has enabled efficient rendering of filtered hard shadows, soft shadows and single scattering as well as the reconstruction of impulse responses for transient imaging. He submitted his PhD thesis to the University of Bonn in September 2016.

For more information about his research and more recent publications please take a look at the externblog Moments in Graphics.
